The Antifragile Business Manifesto

An antifragile business doesn't just withstand disorder — it turns it into an advantage. This isn't resilience. It isn't endurance. It's growing precisely because things fail.

Fragility isn't bad luck. It's a lack of system. When everything depends on things going right, the first problem breaks you. Antifragility is the deliberate design of businesses that improve precisely because things go wrong.

These ten principles aren't theory. They're the foundation from which we work with our clients to build stronger, more operable, and more autonomous companies.

Reduce dependence on people. Increase dependence on systems. If something breaks because someone isn't there, you don't have a business: you have a person with satellites.

Rule

Every critical process must be executable by someone else with minimal context.

Talent is valuable. Dependence on talent is a trap. When the system only works when the right person is around, that system doesn't exist — that person does.

  • Processes documented, even if simple and imperfect
  • Recurring decisions systematised, not improvised
  • Tools as support, not as human memory

Is your company ready for chaos?

We work with teams of 2 to 15 people to build the operating system that makes your company antifragile. No theory. Measurable results.
